1. 20 km from Võru, 1 km before Vastseliina there is a sign "Kapera 5 km". Take a left turn. Pass the Vastseliina church on its right side. Drive towards Kapera.
2. Pass the church on its right side. Drive to Kapera (don't turn to Loosi).
3. Now you are in Kapera. Take the left turn. Soon the asfalt road will end and the gravel road will begin. Drive 400 m until you'll see a sign "Meremäe 10 km".
4. Take a right turn and drive 3,4 km until you reach the Piusa river bridge.
5. Right after the bridge take a left turn and drive until you'll see parking lot. Congratulations, you're in the right place!
